Join your friends and colleagues at CHEST 2010 for an exciting educational, collegial, and social experience in Vancouver. Experient, the CHEST 2010 housing bureau for US and Canadian attendees, is committed to helping you make your stay in Vancouver as enjoyable as possible. International attendees can take advantage of all new travel packages, available through CHEST International Housing.

Hotel reservations must be made through Experient by the cutoff date to receive discounted room rates (see below). After making hotel reservations, you will receive an acknowledgment from the housing bureau. If you need a hotel confirmation number, contact your hotel after October 13. Hotel contact information will be on your reservation acknowledgment.

Reservation changes or cancellations must be made in writing to the housing bureau by September 29. After October 13, all reservation changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. New reservations will be subject to space and rate availability.

US and Canada Attendee Housing Policies

  • Reservation Cutoff: September 29
  • Reservation Deposit: $350 Canadian dollars (CAD) per room or suite
  • Reservation Changes: After September 21, reductions in total nights stayed will result in $150 CAD per room forfeited from the deposit. Early departures will result in $150 CAD per room forfeited from the deposit.
  • Reservation Cancellation Policy: The entire deposit will be forfeited for reservations canceled after September 21 or for failure to check-in (no show).

Complimentary shuttle service will be available to and from the convention center for daily scientific sessions and during morning and evening special event functions from the Hyatt Regency, Fairmont Vancouver, Westin Bayshore, Delta Suites, and Sutton Place. Signs with shuttle information will be posted at each hotel.

Exhibitor Housing Policies

  • Individual guest names are due on or before September 8. All unnamed rooms will be released after September 8. Reservation requests after September 8 will be subject to availability.
