Exhibitor Housing Policies

  • Reservation Cutoff: September 8
  • Individual guest names are due on or before September 8. All unnamed rooms will be released after September 8. Reservation requests after September 8 will be subject to availability.
  • Reservation Deposit: $700 CAD per room or suite
  • Reservation Changes: After September 8, reductions in total room nights stayed will result in $150 CAD per room forfeited from the deposit. Early departures will result in $150 CAD per room forfeited from the deposit.
  • Reservation Cancellation Policy: The entire deposit will be forfeited for reservations canceled after September 8 or for failure to check-in (no show).

Renaissance: Single/Double $241
Hyatt Regency: Single/Double $244
Fairmont Vancouver: Single/Double $247
Westin Bayshore: Single/Double $239
Sutton Place: Single/Double $219

Complimentary shuttle service will be available for exhibitors to and from the convention center from the Hyatt Regency, Fairmont Vancouver, Westin Bayshore, and Sutton Place. Signs with shuttle information will be posted at each hotel.

Only exhibitors reserving nine or fewer rooms may make reservation online. Exhibitors requiring 10 or more rooms must use the Exhibitor Housing Form.
