The American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP) is pleased to announce the 12th Annual ACCP Community Asthma and COPD Coalitions Symposium, Wednesday and Thursday, November 3 and 4, 2010, during CHEST 2010, in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

The American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP) is pleased to invite and offer members of any Canadian asthma and COPD coalitions a complimentary registration to attend the 12th Annual ACCP Community Asthma and COPD Coalitions Symposium. To take advantage of the complimentary registration, please complete and return the complimenary registration form.

Every year at the Networking Poster Reception, coalitions have the opportunity to display and share materials they use.
If your coalition is interested in sharing a successful program, please return the Networking Poster Reception Registration Form by August 13, 2010. Poster boards and tabletops will be available.
Where do I stay?
For information on travel and hotel, please be sure to visit the ACCP online registration system, to reserve your room by September 29, 2010, to get the CHEST conference rate.
How do I attend other sessions at CHEST?
You may register for other sessions and courses online or on site at the Vancouver Convention Centre. The deadline for early registration is October 8, 2010.
